Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping costs are estimated at checkout based on product value and/or weight depending on the item. Because actual shipping costs can vary, we review every order before it ships.
- If the actual shipping cost is lower than what was charged, we'll automatically issue a refund for the difference.
- If the actual shipping cost is higher, we cover it — you'll never be charged more than your original shipping estimate.
Local Pickup Free local pickup is available at our Fairfield, IL location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Contact us for shipping inquiries outside this area.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us at floral@leggsmanufacturing.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
