Return Policy
Our first goal is to serve you, the customer. Although we hope you never need to return anything, we are available to assist you if necessary.
Our objective is to provide you a fair resolution while considering all relevant aspects.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service at 618-842-3853 or floral@leggsmanufacturing.com. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, so please make sure you contact us first.
Claims for defective or damaged merchandise:

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt.

You must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.

Our liability is limited to replacement of missing or damaged products only. We are not obligated for consequential damages.

An RMA number is required for all returns. Please call 618-842-3853 or e-mail: floral@leggsmanufacturing.com to obtain an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Merchandise must be returned to Leggs Manufacturing, LLC unused and in its original inner packaging.

We will waive the return shipping fee if you are returning an item that is defective or damaged.

If you bought the wrong item or the item is no longer needed:

We will accept returns of standard stock merchandise within 15 days of purchase date.

An RMA# is required for all returns. Please call 618-842-3853 or e-mail: floral@leggsmanufacturing.com to obtain an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Merchandise must be returned to Legg’s Manufacturing, LLC unused and in its original inner packaging.

Merchandise must be packed and shipped so that it will arrive at our warehouse in its original, brand-new condition.

Items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase date.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items not eligible for return:

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on special order merchandise, final sale merchandise or used merchandise.
We acknowledge that errors and damages occur. Treating people the way we want to be treated, teamwork, going above and beyond, and problem-solving are some of Legg's Manufacturing, LLC's core values. Our return policy is fair and reasonable as a result.
