Reselling is the main reason one of our clients would be claiming a sales and use tax exemption. We acknowledge that there are other reasons why many states permit exemptions from sales and use taxes. Contacting your state and obtaining the appropriate exemption permit proving your exemption from paying sales tax is your responsibility if you are making this request. Once your state has issued you a permit, you can send us the sales tax exemption form for your state along with the sales tax exemption number that can be verified on the permit you obtained.
