Pricing
All pricing is current at the time of printing. Prices are subject to change for various reasons. Prices on our website at the time of ordering are official prices.
Case Pricing
Case pricing applies to the same item, size and color. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Minimum Orders

There is no minimum order at this time.

To get the most economical shipping rate, we recommend that you place an order of $200 or more to reduce the shipping cost percentage.
Order Processing
In-stock merchandise generally ships within 1-3 business days. Peak season and situations beyond our control, may cause delays.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal and Shop Pay. All orders must be paid for with credit card.
Shipping Charges
We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS and Truck. Shipping is estimated when the order is placed. Exact shipping is calculated after your order is pulled and packed, and your credit card is refunded for any difference below the originally estimated rate. You will never be charged additional shipping charges after the order is completed online.
Measurements
All measurements listed are outside to outside. Silk bush measurements include the stem.
Variations in Color
Colors in the catalog or online may not accurately reflect each product due to variations in printing and variations in the dye lot used during the fabric-dying process. Colors frequently differ from our original samples or earlier shipments. Differences in the dye lot used during the fabric-dying process are the cause of these variations.
Availability
We regularly receive large customer orders for individual items that take all stock of a certain item. We recommend that you order early in the season for the best chance of availability of your desired purchase.

Return Policy

Claims for defective, damaged or missing merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

Standard stock merchandise may be returned, please call for an RMA within 15 days of the purchase date and return the items back to our warehouse within 30 days of invoice date.

Special order merchandise is not returnable.

An RMA# is required for all returns. Please call 618-842-3853 or e-mail: floral@leggsmanufacturing.com to obtain an RMA number.

Merchandise must be unused and in its original inner packing.

Merchandise must be packed and shipped so that it will arrive at our warehouse in its original, brand-new condition.

Unless a product is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for and must pay all shipping charges.

In the event that you feel compelled to return items, please contact us via phone or email, and we will make every effort to provide you with fair and reasonable service. Returns without authorization won't be accepted.
