Wholesale Requirements

There are a few requirements to purchase wholesale from Legg’s Manufacturing, LLC/Everlasting Florals:

1. If your state collects sales tax, you need a State Tax Resale number or a vendor's license number. When placing an order, EVERY customer who lives in a state that collects sales tax is required to give us a legitimate, signed sales tax exemption form. Click HERE for additional information.

2. All online orders require payment with a credit card.
